On Monday, Mommy and I went to Wonderscope Children's Museum in Shawnee with my friend Caleb and his mommy, Andrea. We had a blast! It was pretty busy since it was a holiday and there was no school, but we still had a lot of fun and got to see a lot of the different rooms. I'll let Mommy's pictures do most of the talking!
First we went to the "Small Wonders" room, which is pretty much a playground for kids who are 2 and under.
Building a block tower (so I could knock it down, of course!)
Caleb had lots of fun climbing up the ramps.
I tried it, too.
Next, we went to the baby nursery and veterinarian room. This was one of my favorites. I LOVED taking care of the baby dolls.
Pushing a baby in the rocking chair
Feeding another baby his bottle
So many babies to take care of! Someday, I'm going to be a great babysitter!
Next, we went to the "Farm to Market" room. This was my other favorite. They had a garden and baskets and shopping carts full of fruits and vegetables, a barn with farm animals, and a cash register just like the supermarket.
Buying a banana from Caleb the cashier
Picking carrots in the garden
Caleb helped pick some vegetables, too.
The next room was called "H2Oh!" It was all about water. There were 4 or 5 water tables with different kinds of toys. This room was Caleb's favorite. He had so much fun splashing that he got soaked and had to change his shirt!
Caleb splashing in the water
I did some splashing, too, but not as much as Caleb!
One of the tables had a water fountain in it.
Check out this video of Caleb and me splashing. Boys!
The last room we went to was called "Tinkerspace" and was all about building. There were lots of different kinds of blocks and logs to build with. Caleb and my favorites were the giant legos. We had lots of fun building towers and then knocking them over (Caleb) or carefully taking them back apart (me!).

It was such a cool place! I had a blast, and afterwards I was so tired that I went home and took a 3 hour nap! I can't wait to go back again and check out some more of the rooms!
